Mae from the 1936 Popeye cartoon "Never Kick a Woman"

Originally unnamed (though an obvious Mae West parody), she was officially named Mae in the 2022 comic strip "Olive & Popeye" where she is now friends with Olive.

Tried making this a year ago, and it turned out awful and never released it. But decided to try again and it turned out ok this time, despite the terrible video quality. The black and white version isn't too bad, but the color version is terrible. Hopefully it gets restoration one day.
